A small courier and logistics firm was running daily operations on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. We replaced the chaos with a clean, role-based internal dashboard for dispatch, tracking, and reporting.
This project was delivered for Bangla Courier Services, a Logistics business operating in the Web Application space. The engagement ran for 7 weeks with a team of 2 developers, 1 designer, focused on solving the operational and technical challenges outlined below.
Bangla Courier Services had 12 delivery staff and 3 operations managers coordinating entirely through WhatsApp messages and shared Google Sheets. There was no single source of truth for delivery status, driver assignments, or daily performance. Errors were frequent and escalations took hours to resolve.
We built a role-based web dashboard where operations managers can create delivery tasks, assign them to drivers, and monitor real-time status updates. Drivers update their delivery status through a simplified mobile-friendly interface. The system generates end-of-day reports automatically and flags any undelivered or overdue jobs. Access is controlled by role — managers see everything, drivers see only their assignments.
